Do You Want More of THIS in Our Neighborhood?

We need to rezone NOW to stop irresponsible development!

Miki Fiegel and Bob Botfeld of West Siders for Responsible Development, Inc. have been serving as members on the Task Force for the past several months. They have been working closely with CB7 and the City Planning Commission. After careful study, West Siders for Responsible Development recommends 8A zoning for the corridors (Broadway, West End and Amsterdam Avenues) which would restrict building heights at 16 stories and 8B for side streets--which would protect our brownstones.

LET'S PROTECT OUR AVENUES WITH 8A!
LET'S PROTECT OUR BROWNSTONES WITH 8B!
